Pub in the Park is finally here! We’ve been waiting patiently over the past few months, and after perfecting our one-of-a-kind menu, we can’t wait to finally feed all the festival goers this weekend in Dunorlan Park. We’re buzzing to meet up with our friends from The Hand & Flowers, The Kentish Hare, The Small Holding, The Cadogan Arms, The Dog at Wingham, Hoppers, as well as Atul Kochhar Restaurants, and we know they’ll be offering up some delicious gems too.
We don’t think they’re quite on our level though, so reacquaint yourself with Sankey’s signature creations before swinging by on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday:
Po’ Boy –Panko king prawns, chipotle mayo, fresh lime, and lettuce loaded in a brioche roll
Billy The Squid – Seared squid with red onion, ginger lime, chilli, mint, and micro coriander
Oysters Three Ways – Diablo verde, champagne, and panko & brown butter bearnaise
Ceviche Banana Blossom (VG) – Palm hearts, sweet potato, citrus ‘tiger milk’, coriander, and blue corn tortillas
Once you’ve satisfied the tastebuds, it’s then time to party! Standout acts include Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Feeling, and Professor Green, with heaps loads of others to keep you entertained throughout the weekend. Get your dancing shoes on, and make sure you’ve left plenty of room for our seafood specials!
