Terms & Conditions: Unfortunately due to an increased trend for "No Shows" we have had to implement the following policy for some of our busier sessions.
A credit or debit card is needed to confirm your booking. Your card will not be charged for deposit or for your meal. Your card details are not held by Brittany Inns Ltd T/AS Sankey's.
If you fail to turn up to your booking, do not order a complete meal, or cancel within 8 hours you will be charged a no show fee of £25 per person. Should we fill your table if you cancel within 8 hours we will rescind this policy.
Bad Manners Policy:  It's sad that we even have to have a policy like this, but we take the well-being of our staff seriously.  Under this policy, Sankey's reserves the right to ask people to leave if it is deemed our staff are under threat or are being abused.  Upon being asked to leave your card will be charged with £50 per head or for your bill, whichever is greater.}
