We’re still catching our breath, and digesting all the tempting treats we enjoyed, but what a weekend we had at The Pantiles Food Festival! Whilst Sunday may have been a bit on the damper side, it was great seeing everyone revelling in the sunshine with a glass in hand and something just as delicious to nibble on.
Speaking of which, as proud as we were to be headline sponsor of this event, the smiles on our faces came from serving up our iconic seafood paella for all you lovely lotto enjoy. That’s not all either, as our very own Matthew took to the stage to demonstrate how best to prepare and serve a beautiful fillet of Dover Sole.
Of course we weren’t the only stars of the show though, so we’d also like to thank the following superstars without who this weekend wouldn’t have been possible – let alone so much fun:
