Our newly opened Fishmongers is based at 9 Vale Road in Royal Tunbridge Wells and can be found opposite the central train station.  Specializing in the freshest seafood products from around the UK, our professional fishmongers are on hand to help select, prepare and give advice on the largest range of fresh fish in the southeast.

Sustainability is as important here as it is in the Brasserie and every effort is made to ensure that our products are sourced as responsibly as possible.

Our Home Delivery service allows you the convenience of being able to have that same service delivered to you front door with the minimumof fuss and as quickly as we possibly can.

What ever your taste or requirement our fish experts are on hand to ensure that you get exactly what you want and how you want it, you simply cannot find fresher fish unless you were to catch it yourself.
