Sankey's has been recognised as the most sustainable Seafood Restaurant in the UK and holds the top spot with Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir & Walnut in London.
Sankey's has always had strong concerns for the welfare of the worlds fisheries. We believe that some fisheries are being heavily over fished and will not purchase fish caught in these fisheries.
Royal Tunbridge Wells Safe Town Partnership in conjunction with Kent Police have awarded Sankey's their safe town member award for partnership working towards pulic saftey and crime prevention in the night-tome economy
